WELCOME TO Pebbles, Stones and Boulders

Her Last Chapter Begins with Me is more than a memoir; it is a legacy born of love, shaped by loss, and carried forward by a daughter determined to honor the voice her mother left behind. You aren't just a visitor—you are someone who recognizes the weight of a life well-lived. We all carry the burdens of our journey: The Pebbles: Those small, quiet moments we tuck away. The Stones: The challenges that fundamentally change who we are. The Boulders: The monumental losses that bring us to our knees. This book explores what happens when the pen changes hands. In these pages, you will find a world defined by unspoken love, quiet strength, and the courage to move forward. "Thank you for joining, it isn't just my book—it’s hers. My memoir is coming soon. 📖✨

Meet the Author

I am an orphan, an emerging writer and storyteller based in Bellville, Ontario. Navigating life with a Mild Intellectual Disability, I focuse on themes of resilience, the mother-daughter bond, and transforming life's "boulders" into narratives of hope and courge. I am currently working on my debut memoir, Her Last Chapter Begins with Me, which honors the legacy and actual journals of my mother.

📚 Why this book is being created 📚

I am truly inspired to have my life experience and journey to be inspiration to others, I know now that I have to be a voice to others to share that in life its not about what we go throught but how we come out of it and share experience with others, not in my wildest dreams would I be able to feel like that, here is a brief description that I want to share that no matter life throws at use, to come out of it, to be grateful and help others, I must be a voice. So much of our life is spent searching for what is right Infront of use, right within use to just let go and not control opens up so many doors to a world filled with love and happiness. It doesn’t have to be why it can be when. Its not what others believe you should do but what you believe in you, you are the only one to your happiness.

Tragedies she overcame

My mother passed in her sleep, her book still unwritten — pages she had carried in her heart for a lifetime. She had always said one day she would tell it all: the love that kept her alive, the battles she fought quietly, and the dreams she never surrendered. But the chance never came. Her story began with my grandmother’s courage. On the night of the fire my mom became a family of 5 from a family of 12, firefighters found my grandmother later, arms wrapped around the ones she couldn’t get out. She was awarded the Star of Courage, that moment shaped my mother. It taught her that love was not a feeling, but an act — one that can cost everything. She grew up carrying that legacy, and life tested her over and over: losing her babies, adopting me, caring for my father through his cancer then beating her own cancer a few years later. She taught me how to stand when life beats you down, She taught me how to hope in the midst of darkness.
